Dr. Abdel Salam Suleiman Al-Ansari, Chairman of the Renewable Energy Authority, Eng. Nasr Al-Din Amhamed Al-Barqaly, Member of the Board of Directors, along with several directors and department heads from the authority, participated in the Libyan-British Business Forum held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at the Corinthia Hotel in Tripoli, Libya.

The forum was attended by numerous local and international officials, experts, and businessmen, underscoring the significance of the event in strengthening cooperation between Libya and the United Kingdom in the fields of business and energy.

Dr. Abdel Salam Al-Ansari delivered an introductory lecture about the Renewable Energy Authority, outlining its activities and the projects it plans to implement in the coming period, which are part of the National Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Strategy. The forum concluded with a discussion session where several proposals were exchanged to encourage investment in renewable energy. Participants shared insights and ideas that would enhance cooperation and project development in this vital sector, contributing to sustainable development in Libya.
